What are the major duties and responsibilities of the position?!

  • Communication with the business and stakeholders to identify business requirements
  • Create best-practice technical solutions according to the business requirements
  • Investigate current business processes and systems to identify issues and fix it
  • Collaborating with developers and other IT staff to improve the product deployment and testing process
  • Create technical documentation about the system, to present to the product team; To keep shareable information about the systems
  • Creating business process documents with Use Cases, User Stories, and diagrams
  • Working with the next diagrams: BPMN; UML; ERD; C4 Model
  • Review project goals, outcomes, and requirements, identify tasks, and assess and estimate effort to complete

What are the qualifications of this position?!

  • Education- Bachelor’s degree in Software Development, Computer Engineering, Project Management, or related field
  • Work Experience- At least 3 years of work experience in the relevant fields
  • Languages- Perfect knowledge of Georgian language; Knowledge of English at least (B2-Upper-Intermediate) level
  • Technical knowledge and skills- Work experience with the bank's core systems; Work experience with databases; work experience with Jira; knowledge of DB Normal Forms; work experience with API; BPMN 2.0; UML; ERD; C4 Model
