What are the major duties and responsibilities of the position?!

  • Managing the communication process with customers through various channels: phone calls (inbound and outbound), e-mail, Instagram/Facebook chat, messages received from the Internet/Mobile Bank
  • Timely response to requests and/or questions from customers, identification and resolution of customer problems
  • Management and resolution of customer complaints within the scope of competence
  • Informing customers about the bank`s products and services
  • Effective management of conflict situations and maintaining a positive relationship with the customer
  • In the process of service, filling in relevant forms and applications, performing programmatic actions provided by the procedure

What are the qualifications of this position?!

  • Work Experience:  similar working experience will be considered an advantage
  • Education: higher or incomplete higher education, preferable in Business Administration or Economics
  • Languages: fluent in Georgian; knowledge of English and/or Russian languages
  • Technical knowledge: knowledge of Ms office programs
